Cancelling a consultation

You may cancel a scheduled consultation by emailing info@engine-pathhub.digital. A cancellation received at least 48 hours before the appointment qualifies for a full refund, less any separately agreed work already completed. A cancellation received between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment qualifies for a 50% refund of the appointment fee. Fees are non-refundable for cancellations under 24 hours or a no-show.

Rescheduling

One reschedule requested at least 24 hours in advance is normally free. Later requests are treated as cancellations unless illness, emergency, or another exceptional circumstance makes that unreasonable. We consider documented exceptions fairly.

Advance review and document preparation

If you cancel before advance review begins, the related fee is refunded in full. Once review or chronology work starts, completed time and specifically purchased materials are non-refundable; any unearned balance is returned. Bespoke work already delivered is not refundable merely because you decide not to use it.

If we cancel

If Engine Pathhub cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund for the affected, undelivered service. If technical failure materially prevents an online appointment, we first offer a prompt reschedule; you may instead request a refund for that appointment.

Requesting and receiving a refund

Email within 14 days of the cancellation or disputed charge with your name, appointment date, and reason. We confirm the decision and amount within five working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days after approval; bank processing can add time.

Consumer cancellation rights

Mandatory German and EU consumer rights remain unaffected. If you ask us to begin a service during a statutory withdrawal period, we may request express consent and acknowledgement concerning work performed or fully completed during that period.

Deposits, if a custom document project requires one, are applied to the agreed work. The confirmation states whether a portion becomes non-refundable when preparation begins.
