A defined path
How the concern review works
From first enquiry to a written next-step note: the practical stages of an Engine Pathhub employment consultation.
1. Send a short outline
Use the contact form to identify the workplace decision, approximate dates, and what you want to understand. Do not attach sensitive material at this point. We reply within two working days and flag immediately if the request falls outside our scope.
2. Confirm fit and timing
We check whether a consultation can be useful and whether an apparent deadline means you should contact a qualified lawyer or trade union first. If the scope fits, you receive appointment options, payment details, a preparation checklist, and a secure document route.
3. Prepare a compact file
For the flagship review, send a short chronology and no more than 12 closely relevant pages. Typical documents are an employment contract or offer, job description, selected payslips, evaluation criteria, and messages tied directly to the decision. Remove unrelated personal data.
4. Work through the facts together
The 75-minute session follows the decision and timeline rather than a rigid script. We examine comparisons, employer explanations, protected-characteristic links, documentary support, uncertainties, workplace relationships, and your intended outcome.
5. Receive the next-step note
Within three working days, you receive a concise note recording the agreed factual structure, information gaps, practical questions, and possible support routes. It is a preparation document, not a legal opinion.
Before you book
Engine Pathhub cannot pause a legal or contractual deadline. If you have received a dismissal, formal warning, settlement proposal, hearing date, or other time-sensitive document, seek specialist legal advice promptly.
