Privacy notice

How Engine Pathhub handles enquiry, consultation, and website data under German and European data protection law.

Controller

Engine Pathhub, Level 7, 43 Sonnenstraße, Munich 80331, is the controller for personal data described here. Contact: info@engine-pathhub.digital.

Data we process and why

We process contact details, enquiry text, appointment and billing records, and information you choose to provide for consultation. The purposes are responding to enquiries, deciding whether we can accept work, performing the service, keeping accounts, protecting legal interests, and meeting legal duties. Depending on the context, the legal bases include steps before a contract and contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests in secure administration and legal protection (Article 6(1)(f)), and consent where requested.

Employment concerns can reveal special-category data. Please do not send sensitive documents through the first-contact form. Where such information is necessary for an agreed consultation, we establish an appropriate basis and secure transfer route.

Recipients and processors

Limited data may be processed by hosting, email, secure storage, accounting, and professional advisory providers under appropriate terms. We do not sell personal data. We disclose information to authorities only where required or legally justified.

Retention

Unaccepted enquiries are normally deleted within six months. Consultation files are normally retained for three years after the end of the engagement unless a longer period is needed for legal claims. Invoices and tax records are kept for statutory German retention periods. We delete or anonymise data when the relevant purpose and required period end.

International transfers

We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures, or another lawful safeguard. Details are available on request where applicable.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may withdraw consent for future processing. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision where applicable.

Website and contact form

The mock contact endpoint on this demonstration site returns a success response and does not deliver a real enquiry. In an operational service, transmission and server logs would be handled under this notice. Essential local storage remembers your cookie choice. See the cookie notice.
