Why this practice exists

People often recognise that something at work feels inconsistent long before they can describe the decision precisely. Pay structures can be opaque. Promotion reasons may shift. A remark that seemed isolated may look different beside a pattern of assignments or exclusions. Engine Pathhub was formed to give those concerns a disciplined first review in English, grounded in working life in Germany.

The working approach

Our consultants have experience in employee relations, pay-structure review, workplace mediation preparation, and case-file organisation. We work with contracts, job descriptions, payslips, grading criteria, email records, meeting notes, and chronologies. The approach is calm but not passive: assumptions are tested, missing facts are named, and uncomfortable counter-explanations are considered.

We are independent of employers, insurers, and referral firms. When a matter requires legal representation, tax advice, psychological care, or union intervention, we say so and help you prepare a clear handover.

What we value

Dignity without presumption. A person can be heard seriously without a consultant declaring an outcome before reviewing the evidence.

Proportionate action. Not every concern should begin with a formal claim. Not every concern can safely remain informal. The facts, relationship, timing, and goal shape the route.

Privacy by restraint. We ask for the minimum material needed for the agreed scope and encourage redaction of unrelated personal data.

Accessible explanation. German employment terms and procedures are explained in plain English while retaining the distinctions that matter.
